You must have a valid Colletonsd.org email address for your article to be approved.
For written submissions: your submission will be reviewed for entry into the monthly newsletter. To submit an article or essay, use the submission form on the right side of this page and attach a .doc, .docx, or .txt document (Microsoft Word 97-2013) or type the announcement/item into the comment box. Deadline is the 21st of each month! For video submissions: please use the form on the right side of the page to submit the link to your video. You must upload your video to YouTube, Vimeo, or another site and submit only the link to the video in the comments section of the form on the lower right side of this page. Videos will be reviewed for content prior to inclusion on this site. For picture submissions: Please use the form or the right side of this page. You may attach .png, .jpg, .gif files of up to 2MB using the "Upload File" section of the form. You may submit a picture and a file or comment at the same time for related items. Publication Notice:Print Publication will take place once a month. All articles/notices must be submitted between the 1st and 21st of the month in order to be included in that month. For example, an article submitted on Sept 20th would be printed on September 30th.
NOTICES: All articles are the property and opinion of the author and not necessarily that of the Colleton County School District. All district, school, and board policies apply, applicants should use sound professional judgement. Articles will be reviewed and may be edited prior to publication. Announcements should be less than 100 characters including spaces. Articles should be between 150 and 500 words with a preference for concise writing. |

Distribution: |
District staff will receive emailed, epop, or printed copies of the newsletter on or about the 30th of each month. Electronic copies will be made available online through this website, the district website, and school websites at the discretion of administrators. Copies may be made available to parents, community members, and the press.
